CG didn't tell me the type and size. Can anyone tell me? I want to remove the pad and change the DTS weights.

Use a #2 Phillips screw driver.

#2 phillips ( preferably one with a small diameter shaft 1/8 or 3/16 inch) and put a little gun grease on the shaft of the screwdriver. This will keep it from pulling or binding in the recoil pad.
