I have been having trouble recently with communications with HQ staff.

I find that no one actually answers their phones, but lets call go to voice mail-with no response back.

Likewise, e-mails go unanswered.

Strikes me as poor business practices to say the least.

How do you communicate with NSSA HQ?

Have you been successful?

Over more than 25 years, I’ve always had someone either return my call or email.

+100 on Stephanie Haga, she is the best! I had similar experiences to yours with some of the other folks at HQ regarding phone calls a couple years ago , but thought that they had gotten much better since then. You should talk to Gary Burley or Michael Hampton about this problem, I think they would want to know. If we don't let them know about a problem, it's hard for them to fix it.

Best Regards,
Jason Johnson

The NSCA side is responsive. I forget who responded to my email but she did so promptly and courteously.
