Wow, I thought you were much older than that.

Real men wear pink. I'm drooling over the case almost as much as the gun!

Davide, Very nice Ugartechea.
Fine looking wood.

Any chance of a close up of the receiver?

Thanks for sharing, Roger.

Well I finally got my new Ugartechea, Model 257, and my very first Spanish shotgun I might add. I couldn't be more happy with the purchase, beautiful shotgun, well worth the wait. It took 8 months to come from the time of order. It's a 20 gauge sidelock, 28 inch two barrel set, choked IC/M & M/F, 3 inch chambers. Custom stock measurements to my fit, with upgraded #1 wood. Can't wait to get out and start shooting it. :D

Thanks guys. Well all the credit goes to Ugartechea, they built her. I tried the gun out a couple of weeks ago, and everything functioned flawlessly, and I even manged to break a few clays  . I must say that it is the nicest gun that I have ever owned. I never knew about the Spanish guns until I walked into a Gun show in Dec. 2010. I was gobsmacked. Well, it won't be my last one that's for sure. :D

Great forum, I've learned a lot here in the past year, keep up the good discussions.

Tim

That is one stylin' Ugartechea. The round body really upgrades the overall look of the gun. WOW. Very nice.
It's almost time to hit the fields. Me and my dog are getting very birdie.

Thanks for the PM too.

Enjoy, Roger.

That is lovely engraving in H&H style quite appropriate for gun of this type. Looks like you got very good one.
