In1984 $40.00 New at local shop up graded my 505. Now I wish I bought a extra because used are going for $65. The times they are a changing, No need for electric or batteries still the gold standard in my book .

Made in USA, Mexico, or China? That will have a huge impact on the value, in descending order.

Saw 2 used on vendor table at Cape Girardeau,Mo. gun show in August 2020, 10-10 was $65 and one with box was $85. Do not recall vendor but he is a regular at show the next show is listed for Feb.5th to 7th 2021. E-bay is not my first place to shop, prices are high and somethings just keep getting relisted. I had posted used price that I saw. I apologize for my earlier post OP was asking worth and that is what I've seen that is not overpriced. E-bay in my opinion is overpriced panic buying. Everyone is free to pay whatever they want sorry if anyone was offended.

And they are so easy to re-calibrate if they get hard to zero. Been using mine since the early 80's.

The best 10-10 scales were made by Ohaus in Florham Park, NJ. This is marked underneath the base. They can be had for about $100-$125 like new in the box, complete.
