Does anyone know what an empty Alliant 8lb jug weighs? I think they're all the same but I'm trying to figure out how much 20/28 and Promo I have left.

I do not know how much a empty jug weighs.
But if you just have to know pour the powder into a pan and weight the empty jug. Then pour the powder back in.

Or just zero out a pan on your scale and then pour the powder in; either way, you'll know.

I just weighed an Extra Lite container I finished today. 12.75 oz with the cap on weighed on my Taylor electronic scale. I say 12.75 oz as it bounced between 12.7 and 12.8 ozs.
