I know, but I didn't want to advertise that price as it was online only and if someone walked in to the store, they would pay the $1099 price + tax

Mine was $1136 and a little with tax

I was actually seriously considering a Tristar Viper G2 Bronze, which cost about $620 + tax. I think I will be happier with the Beretta and the resale will be there if I am not.

Mine was 1094...including shipping to VA. Sweet little gun and I think you are spot on with the resale...if that ever happens....

What does it weigh? Have you patterned the factory choke tubes? They look long and I am hoping they pattern good. It also says it has a full, modified and cylinder chokes, is that correct?

Wow, that's a great deal! Anybody seen the 20 gauge version on sale?

Yes, they come with F, M and C chokes. I am finally going to take it out this weekend and shoot some skeet with it. Typically, the factory chokes work well enough for me on targets, I don't shoot competitively, so not having the perfect pattern really doesn't worry me much.

The gun weighs about 5.4 lbs empty. On my scale anyway. It's light. Really light.

Had to cut my range time short the other day with the 28 but I wanted to at least pull the trigger a couple times to make sure I re-assembled it correctly after the initial cleaning. Walked up to Station 2 (skeet) and went 6 for 6 (2 singles and pair of doubles). Gun is so light that it will take some time to get used to it, but that should not be a problem. Nice little gun for sure.
