How long do you take between pairs before you shoot again?

May I ask what you are thinking in that 12 to 14 seconds?

The important part of a routine is doing exactly the same thing each time. Before I am in the cage I am visualizing while using the view birds to know exactly how I will approach the pair including BP, HP, pick-up points, and insertion relative to the bird.

Once in the cage:
My thoughts are really about confidence and doing everything in terms of loading the gun and setting up very specifically and the same for each pair. My only conscious thoughts in the cage are about seeing a part of each clay that I had already visualized in my plan.

Good question!!
