I go to the video about a week ago and this weekend was my first chance to put it into practice. I am just getting into sporting clays other than a a couple recreational shoots. In my previous couple outings at this course I struggled with 2 fast close crossers. I was able to time the mount and insert with some lead. I busted 9 of the 10 fast crossers after literally putting up a 0 on those targets the last time. Lots more work to do but the video was great help. Looking forward to continuing the process. I am planning on shooting some registered targets in 2017.

I did have one question as well. On a report pair I had a very slow incoming target as the second. It felt like you had to wait on it forever to get there. Is there a technique that makes sense to put in place during the "waiting period" to get the timing back for the second break. I shpt over top of two very easy targets by getting antsy for the slow second target.

Dismounting the gun and remounting with timing of the mount for the insertion of the gun is the way to go.
