I believe I have every Remington Arms - Union Metallic Cartridge Co. catalog from their existence from 1911 to 1916 -- 1911-12, 1913-14 & 1915-16 and none of them show a REMINGTON GRADE NPE. The paper NPEs they offered were NEW CLUB (for black powder), NITRO CLUB (for either bulk or dense smokeless powder) and ARROW (for either bulk or dense smokeless powder). Also, all the 12-gauge paper NPEs offered are 2 5/8 inch, 2 3/4 inch, 2 7/8 inch or 3-inch, while 2 9/16 inch is only a 16-gauge length.
