I shoot mainly sporting with 12 gauge guns , weighting more than 3,5 kilos , and the recoil is not a problem .
I have a nice little 325 BROWNING 20 gauge sporter , 28 inches barrels, choke IC and IM , that I use scarcely.
The weight is 3,1 kilos and it does not kick too much.
I would like to buy another sporting shotgun with 30 in barrels, and I look towards a BERETTA 686 , 687 or White Onyx.
But the technical data for these rather light guns mentions a weight of 2,8 or 2,9 kilos.
What is your opinion about 20 gauge BERETTA sporters, and are these guns ( quite thin and scaled dowm ) as reliable as the 12 ones for a huge volume of shells ?
What about the comparison with the heftier 525 or XS BROWNINGS in terms of shootablity and dependability ?

i shoot 12's and 20's for sporting clays. My scores are not that much different, in the 80's usually. I really enjoy shooting my urika 391 20ga with mercury forarm nut and one in the stock.
Same weight as my 12 ga AL390. Can do over 200 rounds and not feel any distress.
