Any eye docs on here?

Had a torn retina repaired 3 months ago, and had to have vitrectomy last week to deal with fluid that didn't pump out and clouds of floaters. Had a cataract removed and a lens replacement at the same time. Work done at Wilmer Eye Institute at The Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Are my Skeet and Trap days over? 12g? Would limiting myself to my 20g or 28g be better?
This only after the eye has fully healed of course. (luckily not my dominant eye) Have not addressed this with my docs yet (it is Hopkins/Bloomberg ya know)
