I just ordered a Champion Workhorse electric trap, is this still considered a good battery to power it ?
Mighty Max Battery ML18-12 - 12V 18AH CB19-12 SLA AGM Rechargeable Deep Cycle Replacement Battery Brand Product

How about for use with a trap with a wobble attachment. which operates anytime the unit is on, the wobble unit runs contintuisly when turned on ?

I have a Wheely Bird and just use a $29.00 lawn mower battery from Walmart. I have had it about 10 months and it is still going strong. I do keep it on a tender when I am not using it.

I have 2 ProMatic Colts. I use and I have used those car jump start batteries for years. They are easy to carry, nothing to spill and easily recharged.

I put my lawnmower battery in a bucket. Makes it very easy to carry around.

Go to Walmart and buy the cheapest full size battery you can find it will serve you for years. It does not take much to run your thrower. I have two throwers on a trailer that work on one battery ,been going for years. I do use a trickle charger when not in use.

I just use one of my trolling batteries from my bass boat. They are built to discharge and charge many hundred times.
