1976 BT-99

Traded an old Mossberg pump, an extra barrel, and $100 (let's hear it for COVID surge pricing on short-barreled pumps!)

Off to the range on Friday!

Thanks! I'm super-excited. It'll be quite some time before a miss is the gun's fault and not mine. :)

Plus, I get to do the cool, break-action over-the-shoulder thing. I've been doing that around the house, and my wife has been humoring me.

Wow, I’d say you did well, enjoy it. Should get a 23 just for having the gun.

That would be a HUGE improvement from my last visit (which was also my first time ever pointing a shotgun up in the air). But I still busted about 50%. Lots of room to grow. :)

I'd shoot that.
A classic Trap gun in really good shape, for little money.
Just smoke them all.

Nice old 99.....you may fall in love with this old classic. A new one only has less wear. Will shoot the same.

Good trade......Maltz

Let me add my congratulations to you as well. Great shooting dedicated trap gun, and I've had several of them over the years. I like the fore arm on that one better than any Browning has used, or at least better than any others I've bought.

May you shoot it in good health and good company.

You can't go wrong with a BT-99.
