Thanks 'deadapair' for the link. I had previously reviewed this page and identified a few instructors within a reasonable distance however I was really looking for some first hand recommendations vs. just picking a name from the list.

I would like to start my adventure with shotgun. What kind of shotgun I shoud buy? Should I go to any private lessons of shooting?
