12 gauge, 28" barrels, very clean, with box, and three tubes. Fits me perfectly. Broke almost all my gun buying rules (walk away, check value/price, be patient, don't over-react). It screamed my name and I bought it for $1175 out the door. Please tell me I did OK :)

Unless you are going to buy another one EXACTLY like it and are comparing prices, don't worry about it. It screamed your name, you like it, that's what counts. Tell yourself you beat the market by $200, go buy some ammo and enjoy your new gun.

And Welcome to SGW ; spending our children's inheritances every day. {hs#

Regards,
Dave

If I remember correctly, the Classic Lightning Feather was only cataloged for 1 or 2 years, and was a low production model (if its the model with the Lightning style stock/schnabel forend). It'd have grabbed it too, not many of them out there. Get some pics up!!

I am fortunate to own one in 12ga., 26" bbls. Love it. Got my attention as being listed on Browning's website at 6lbs. & 15oz at the time. Simple engraving (which I prefer) and very nice wood. I'd take one in 20ga. in a heartbeat. I bought mine 5 years ago at more than twice the CAD price you paid for yours, so I think you did OK.
