One (the AAHS) is a high quality hull that can be reloaded numerous times. The other (Win Super Target) is a steel based hull that I throw away, but I suppose could be reloaded in a pinch. The AAHS is much easier to reload due to its brass head. The recipes are similar although some wads may work better in one than the other.
The AA is the premier shell for both shooting and reloading. The Super Target is OK, but like other steel head Winchester shells (most notably the execrable Universals) can cause jams in both semi's and pumps. If an AA jams, it's the gun not the shell.
