Do the 11-87 and 1100 use the same extractor?

Yes and no. 1100 Sporting 12 and 20 gauge shotguns use the same extractor as the 12 gauge 11-87. All other 1100s use extractors that differ from 11-87 extractors. You should consult a Remington parts list to ensure that you obtain the correct type and gauge specific extractor for your 1100 or 11-87 shotgun.
