I have a Legacy 28 that is about 5 years old. I have hunted pen raised birds with it a couple of times with good success. The last time that I took it out, I noticed that a chunk of the foam rubber recoil pad had come out. Then I noticed that more chunks were about to come out. I could literally pinch the rubber and a chunk would detach. Apparently, the recoil pad was made of faulty material. I went to the Benelli web site to see if I could order a replacement, but the site was so confusing, that I just gave up. Anyone know how or where I can obtain a replacement pad for this shotgun. Anyone else seen this problem with the factory pads?

I had the same issue on a recoil pad for my Vinci. I called Benelli and they mailed me a new one. They are aware of the problem. Just remember to have your gun's serial number when you call.
