 Post subject: Ruger customer service part II

I WAS WRONG. Ruger still has customer service. From the time they received the gun, they couldn't have been any nicer nor more helpful. The gun has been repaired and is on its way back with a quick turnaround. Ruger has done more than I could have asked. The only difficulty was the 3 phone calls to get them to agree to look at and evaluate the gun and it's damage. Once they agreed, it could not have been simpler. Thank you Texas Yankee, Dave Loudin (my gunsmith), and Ruger.
