I have had great service from:

Black Hawk Knoxx (Spec ops stock)
Optics Planet
Sprinfield Armory
Surefire
Cheaper than Dirt ( I see some were not happy with them. My experience was great)

I'll say Optics Planet too. Zero issues.
Midway the same.

I had a great experience purchasing a tubeset and Americase from Robert Paxton at Paxton Arms! He will save you some $ and is a pleasure to deal with.

After some recent events that occured with my mom and her boyfriend i decided we needed a home defense weapon.
With that being said the first place we went to was impact guns. I got terrible customer service.
With this being my first gun purchase I was pretty nervous, and had no idea what I wanted. I told the salesman what my price range was and that I needed it for home defense. He handed me a shotgun then walked away to do whatevdr he was doing. It was not helpful at all.

I then went to "get some guns n' ammo" and it was the exact opposite. I told the salesman the same thing. He proceded to show me a shotgun, explain the benefits, and let me shoot a few rounds with the gun I was interested in. I purchased a shotgun from them, and I couldnt be more pleased.

sorry for the long post, been lurking and its my first.

I place the majority of my orders with MidwayUSA but Joe Bob Outfitters is another really good one. Very fast shipping and a great selection from both. I've used amazon a lot too. I've never had any bad experiences with Cheaper Than Dirt per se but I don't order from them anymore because their shipping is SOOOOOO expensive. By the time you pay shipping from them, you're not really saving any money buying ammo even if it was a great price and even if you buy in bulk. I won't order from Botach Tactical or Optics Planet because they don't give you any indication of their stock on hand. I've cancelled a few orders between the two because I didn't feel like waiting an indefinite amount of time for them to get and then ship my stuff.

My experience with CheaperThanDirt was great.

I also had wonderful experience with 4Sevens (LED flashlights). http://www.4sevens.com
They make recoil-proof flashlights for guns, as well as many other tactical-style flashlights. The price on their site includes free shipping, and both orders I have placed during the day shipped within a couple of hours. I even emailed in to ask a question and got a very prompt and detailed. Wonderful products too! I am happy and am going to pick up a quark Mini 123 as a headlamp for camping soon.

eBay seller RedBirdGunParts - he has all kinds of stuff. I ordered some stripper clips from him at a price below CheaperThanDirt, and he also had free shipping. They arrived in a couple of days.

USAAmmo.com --- great price on new and once-fired ammo alike. I bought a case of 9mm once-fired FMJ, a box of 9mm once-fired HP, and a box of once-fired .380 HP. All shot flawlessly.

gmstactical.com, I ordered a condor shell pouch and it was in my mail box 3 days after shipping conformation. Price was the same as everywhere else but they offered free shipping (I think it was a black Friday/cyber Monday deal).

Cactus Tactical! I placed my order Wednesday night and it arrived today (Saturday). $6.99 Priority mail shipping, saved a couple dollars over buying the same parts from MidwayUSA and shipped just as fast as Midway. Their website (MidwayUSA) was giving me trouble so I bought the stuff somewhere else. I'll be ordering from Cactus Tactical again.

Not tactical, but I have a CRKT M16 pocket knife that I managed to lose a screw for. Thought about tossing it, but I checked CRKTs website and found out they have a simple online form where they'll send you just about any of the commonly lost parts free of charge. (stuff like the pocket clip and various screws that come lose from time to time). I'll be using loc-tite when I re-install.

I bought a Mesa tactical 6rd sure shell holder for my Benelli on Saturday from smartgunner on Gun Broker. I paid with PayPal on Monday when he sent a email. I have left him two emails regarding a tracking number request to see if it has shipped or the status and nothing yet. I decided to call today but the line goes straight to voicemail so I left a message. I am trying to give the seller a benefit of the doubt but just a few feedbacks I have read have me wondering.

Update 1/24. Received an email today from smartgunner and my product is on the way with tracking number received. It took eight days to ship out. I'm just happy it's on it's way to me.

Cactus tactical is A+ in my book. Ordered a Nordic mag ext on Saturday and it arrived this afternoon. Since Monday was a holiday that was pretty fast shipping and product is as described.

Got one to add to the hall of shame.

Impact Guns.

I ordered 2 boxes of .45 Colt and a holster for my new blackhawk on the 4th. All items were listed as "In Stock". The ammo finally came in on the 16th. I called them today and the girl on the phone told me the holster should be shipped in the next couple of days. I told her these items were listed as "in stock" why the wait? She told me they had to get it from the supplier. I said then it isn't in stock. She informed me that they can be listed as in stock if the item can be received from the supplier within a week. But it's been over two Weeks! Well it got delayed.

I know they advertise on SGW but I'm giving these guys an F! At least they sent the ammo instead of holding it until the holster came in.
 These guys are on my $#!7 list.
