I wish more SGW memebers would post about companies that provide good customer service.

I recently posted about a Lyman Screwdriver ratchet that I used for over 20 years before it gave up the ghost. I contacted Lyman and they sent me two ratchets at no cost. Why did they do that, I tahnked them for making a product that lasted for years troublefree. In turn ehy sent me two and thanked me for being a customer.

Please, SGW members, when a company gives you good service, let us know about it. It is easy to give a bad rating when the service is bad, but I like doing business with companies with good CS.
