Slwrower,

Congratulations for your new gun.

Your gun has the new style stock. These are the first clear photos of one posted in this forum. Thanks.

Interesting bunch of pictures and comments. Relize this ended in April ,but may be will revive it some. My son had a Baikal O/U 16 ga. He had bought if for a canoe gun for jump shooting ducks.Next year his youngest boy claimed possession of it. So far he's killed a turkey for 3 years running with it. Has shot both ducks, pheasants and a goose with it. He's 14 and I don't think my son will ever get it back.

a big fan of baikals, used to have an MP153......however i sold that to buy a single shot 12gauge baikal with synthetic stock and a fully moderated barrel (very quiet-moderated by hushpower @ the saddlery and gunroom here in the UK) the one on their website at £385
http://www.saddleryandgunroom.co.uk/Gun ... hpower.htm
dont have any pictures of that yet but have shot a few pigeons and a rabbit with it (only had it a month)

this is my little baikal the single shot .410

killed a few things with this little gun

not the best picture of my new gun as taken with my phone

single shot 12gauge baikal which has been moderated ...........its very quiet, well worth selling the mp153 to buy it (but i wished i could have afforded it without having to sell the semi auto :( )

Hello to all, I am new to the Baikal forum and thought that this thread needed some updating.

Here is a pic or two of my baikal;

my photo posting technique is not as good as it should be, I should do this way more often, to get better at sizing and posting.

and yes I love my double barrelled baikal! it is an excellent duck gun!

I'm new to this site and haven't been shotgun shooting for a tad over 30 years now... and I know this isn't a picture if my Baikal MP-310 in 20ga that I am supposed to pick up tomorrow, 2-17-12, but thought that being a new member here, I'd try my hand at posting an image before I get the new gun and start the modifications to it. I've been reading everything I can lay my eyes on about the MP-310 since shooting a friends gun about a week ago. I'm about to go crazy waiting for the new gun to arrive. I fell in love with the little Baikal 20ga as opposed to my circa 1956 Belgium Browning A5 in 12ga shooting skeet for the first time last week. That Browning ate my shoulder alive with high brass 7½'s, so I was offered a round with his Baikal 20ga. Sweet to say the least and his gun was comped and choked and really swung nice on the birds.

Image

The above image is of my Springfield XDM in .40 cal with the 'el cheapo' light and Laser on it. When I carry it, it's minus the light/Laser combo. I reload all my calibers with the Dillon 450 press and shoot the same loads in the XDM as I shoot in the KelTec SUB-2000 that is tricked out.

I'm doing my part to keep this thread alive by picking up 3 shotguns this past weekend including my first Baikal in a O/U 12 gauge . I also got a double hammer blackpowder 12 ga, a 20 ga IGA Coach gun and to top it off I got an Ithaca 72 and a Taurus 357 mag. To avoid jealousy I won't say how much but let it be known there are still some very good deals to be had.
I'm having some difficulty reading the model number, looks like a backwards N, then looks like a double X then 27E-IC. Any help will be appreciated.
