Anything that can fill your stomach is a trophy in my oppinion. Just got back from bow hunting and took these pics. 80 pound button buck will make for some good eating! This is my 3rd bow kill this year and I have also taken 2 with the muzzleloader.

Sorry about the poor pics. They were taken in the woods where the deer fell with my nextel i870 phone and it was almost dark out.

I need to find a pic of my half white 7 pointer I killed a couple years ago. There were a few bigger bucks being checked in but everybody dropped what they were doing when I pulled my deer out of the truck. The taxidermist was there and he wanted first dibs on doing the deer. Said half price as long as he can take it to shows. I said no thanks because my friend does them for us.

Pie Bald deer. The deer is half white and multi colored. Very pretty deer.

This isnt mine but it looks almost just like it.

ProStreetCamara,
says in that pic that the 3x4 scored Boone and Crockett. So how much did it score? Cause there is no way that that thing made minimum score. Just curious.

Honestly it has probably been bumped out by now. That deer was killed many many years ago by my dad. All I know is he took it to a hunting show they had locally here in maryland because they were having some guys there score deer in a "trophy buck contect" for locals. they were official scoreing people and they told him it just made it. Other than that I have no clue. I was maybe 5 at the time. There isnt alot of points and the picture doesnt do it any justice. It has a ton of mass and it is very tall and pretty wide.

Taken with shotgun on opening day of Illinois gun season. Too bad Illinois DNR did away with the check stations, now you can't find out how everyone else did. Seems like the honor system of call in reporting will lead to poaching or at least make the reporting less reliable. :?

ya same way here in MO, kinda convieneint but still makes me wonder, I could shoot 10 bucks throughout the whole hunting season, bow, rifle, ect. and could tag them as bonus, does, kinda sad that some people would do that, takes away from others and thier own expericence.

DNR also has the reporting hunters taking antler and hoof measurements and reporting these. I have serious doubts as to the accuracy of the information DNR will get. You also used to get a lapel button for every deer you checked in. Now you go on line to request it, without any proof of a deer harvest, and then wait 6-8 weeks for it to be mailed. So I guess that the buttons now don't mean anything either. I realise that the buttons are not a big deal but it's just one more negative on the list especially for the youngsters. So what exactly were the positives in this change?

This is my first deer and i got it with a bow on November 11 2005. He has a 19 inch spread with 11 points.
What do you guys think its gross score would be? I'm not to good of a judge.

OMG look what I just found. I am 26 right now and this pic was taken in 1996. This is my 7 pointer PieBald that I killed with my slug gun. Notice the hole in the leg. My relatives jumped it up and took 1 pop shot at it running from a long distance. It turned right toward me and I was standing behind a huge round bail of hay so I ducked down and it ran by me with its leg flopping all over the place only 10 yards away and I shot it and it dropped dead. I will probably never get another deer like this in my life. All though I did kill 2 does this past saturday with 1 shot with my muzzleloader. I used 100 grains of tripple 7 pellets, a thompson center shockwave bullet in 260 grains and it went right through the shoulders of the first deer and hit the 2nd deer square in the chest and made a complete pass though on her to out behind the ribs on the bottom.
