Yellow.......probably.
What color background are you shooting into? That might make a difference also.

Clear is the only thing that ever worked for me under the lights. Anything else is just too dark for my eyes. I have a set of 80s for my Pillas, and even those are too dark unless the lights are SUPER bright.

Clear or maybe light fawn. I wish I had spent a few extra bucks and got the anti-glare coating on mine. I've never felt i needed it during the day - but under lights is different.

Clear or very pale orange.

As others have said, clear is recommended. I've used yellow as well and the contrast seems better than with clear. Try them both to see whats best for you. One more thing to be concerned about...the reflection on the inside of the lenses from lights behind you. I recommend using side blinders.

Clear or pale yellow work well for me. Anti-glare coating is extremely helpful.

Clear is alright but I really like the very light lemon (read pale yellow) lens that I got from Allan Lehman (Lehman Optical). I think they transmit 85% or more of the light. A slight tint of yellow is often used in other sports also (such as night skiing) to add contrast under lights. I like them a lot on real rainy, cloudy, dark days also.

I had Decot make up a set in Gold light and go say 1/2 shade lighter again, they are quite good, kind of a faint Gold/Yellow tinge but only very slight, we only have 1 ground open for night shoting where I am, and it's Sporting utilising the Skeet grounds, the light Gold clear lens works fine for me.
