I agree with most of the other posters.
You have to know WHY you`re missing.
A good instructor will be a big help.

It's more important to know why you are hitting targets.

There isn't a mental management program I have seen which has you focus on why you are missing. That's just programming your mind to miss again.

And a good coach should coach to that principal.

Rather than say, "You stopped your swing" a good coach would just emphasize "make sure you keep your gun moving" etc. You get the point.

It helped me greatly. Watch for the hold points and eye shifts. I caught myself holding high and blocking the clay when exiting the house on a few stations. Very good video one of the best I have found with the gun cam view!
