Shotgunworld welcomes the innovators at BrainChokes.com
This could be revolutionary....
From their website..
Quote:
The “Choke - in - Choke” Inner Profile of BRAIN Choke Tubes is the biggest breakthrough in
the history of chokes, absolutely revolutionary and is composed by three main sections:
the Pre-Choking Section ("prepares" the shot column for entrering the Expansion Section)
the Expansion Section (expands the volume of the shot column pulling the excess from core to periphery)
the Final Choking Section (forms the desired pattern diameter)

I don't know anything about their chokes, but I can damn sure tell you the website is slower than molasses in January.

Dear marist89

First, I want to thank you for your efforts to visit our site!
Allow me to inform you that this problem occurred unexpectedly just yesterday, our website had a DDOS (distributed denial-of-service) hacking attack. Things will be normal in few days. Our developers work hard on it.
I do hope you will visit it again!

Dear child,

All days, not just the April 1st, will be funnier in your (shooting) life with a BRAIN Choke!

Superb, excellent humor! We really liked your -based on BRAIN design- comment, seems like you managed to reach our Home Page!
Anyway, our website will be easily accessible within few days, after recovering from a DDOS (distributed denial-of-service) hacking attack.

Dear Patently Obvious,

Thanks for the suggestion. The videos you saw are not ours, have been produced by a gun dealer in Greece who demonstrates our chokes and speaks about the "fantastic" results of the conducted tests.
We will present shortly our own videos which, as we strongly believe, will amaze the viewers. They will be also integrated in our website.

Dear oneounceload,

It looks like but it is not the same at all! That’s why USPTO (among other patent offices around the World) granted to us a Patent for this invention.

Jig or recess choke is a very old technique to re choke a barrel which has "blown out" its original choke, starts with a diameter increase and obeys to the Dense Core Rule like all conventional designs do.

BRAIN Chokes are the only chokes in the World which do not obey to this rule.
They start with a tightening section before the expansion and this makes a very big difference! This first tightening section creates a dense core but, as the shot load passes through the expansion section gets more pellets from core to periphery and, because it enters the final tightening being at a phase of expanding, there is no more a dense core at the final pattern.

I hope this post helps in better comprehension of BRAIN principle.

What will these chokes do for my shooting?

How do your sizes compare to other chokes?

With all the stuff going on inside your choke will it slow the shot down?

Thanks for the help.
