Marist89, what is your best price range on shells without Cabela's points. The best I've ever done was $43 before tax at Field and Stream/Dicks for Remington Gun Clubs. I did use the rebate of $1/box.

I don't know, never bought them that way.

Yesterday I found 40 boxes of Suprema 1 oz shells at Walmart for $3.00 a box. Ya got to love that.

I've never seen Suprema that low at my local Walbogs. It's usually $4.99, and we usually only have a few 12ga boxes at a time so I have not yet been tempted enough. But for $3+ tax how could you go wrong?

I bought approx. 20 cases from some friends of the 1oz 1325fps 71/2 loads , they thought the recoil was a little much, but I thought they were fine.
They certainly did as someone mentioned above hit targets with authority.

I would not hesitate to use them again.

I found 33 boxes at my Walmart. Guy looked at me like I had 2 heads when I asked him to open the case because I wanted them all.

Ordered the Aguila 1oz 1275s at Academy. Oddly, the shipping notice says 1 1/8 1250. I talked to them and if it's wrong they will fix it. We will see!

Let us know if they send the right material.
Thanks,

I received Aguila 1 1/8 oz 1250fps instead of 1oz. I talked to Academy as soon as I saw the shipping label showing 1 1/8 instead of 1oz. The rep said they'd fix it if there was an error. I am going to contact them and see what they will do for me...my receipt/invoice shows Aguila 12ga 1oz 1275 fps.

 I saw this thread the other day and ordered five boxes (all they had) of the 1 oz stuff yesterday. I hope they don't screw my order up.

Academy said they will ship out the correct shells. I haven't shot them but 1 1/8 1250 is a little hot for my shoulder.

Completely screwed up my order. I received the wrong product. I'm going to have to call tomorrow as they have not shipped any replacement yet. I'd be happy to send back what I have. I'm not sure I will use Academy over CAC Associates in the future. I will wait and see how this is handled first.

I just got mine and it is the 1 1/8 oz stuff. I don't get this.....how Academy can get everything I've ordered right but get this thing wrong for me and others.

It's not like they don't know how to manage inventory..........

I am not 100% certain but it appears to me that they ship from individual stores as opposed to a centralized warehouse(s). I will wait and see how this goes. The free shipping is generous and the prices are good.

Yep, and that's why I still will buy loads of Winchester and Estate shells from them. Price + convenience that beats going to Walmart.
