????????????????????
The only survey I got was the same one as last year asking about shooting more subgauge. Is this a new one, or did I just miss everything?

Who thought up this survey?

In my mind, there would have to be a purpose.

I don't respond on here often but in light of all that has gone on recently, I have to ask "are you kidding me?" (expletive deleted)

I don't know much about the "conflict" between the NSSA and NSCA, but if I believe half of what I've read here, and I'm the NSSA who currently controls all the money for both organizations, and I'm worried that the cash cow is about to leave, or form a new organization, or whatever....

I'd do exactly what they are doing. Extract as much money as possible as quickly as possible from the people who may leave/stop paying dues if another organization forms. It may either keep them from leaving (because now they've thrown more than just annual dues money into the org), or provide a cash cushion to NSSA if they do.

When I read this survey I was shocked. I hope this isn't how the NSSA is spending our extra marketing target fees. Maybe this is where the PSCA dollars are going?

That was a surprisingly brash survey. I "donate" enough money to them in target fees.

Lol, it does come off terribly. It’s the marketing firm. They’re not asking for money, per se. There are more donations each year than you guys would imagine. The idea is to figure out ahead of time the what and why and how much. These are donations people give for projects at NSC, things that help preserve the sport, special projects, etc. Ultimateky, it lets the NSCA do a lot more for the shooters (now and more in the future) with less target fees, etc.

No, they are asking you to donate guns and other stuff, as well as make donations to their non-profit org - for WHOSE benefit Rollins?

I KNOW you, and I know you are a smart, astute and tuned-in person..........This smells worse than a three week pile of oyster shells at Apalachicola........

I would literally donate my money to any other organization on earth, before I'd give them one more penny than I need to.

I replied to the email:

Are you ****ing kidding me? You actually want me to donate money?

Here's an idea, end the sweetheart deal with your wife for advertising.

Your family is the worst thing that's ever happened to the NSCA.

Is that Synergymanda or is this another marketing firm. There is definitely a way to go about soliciting for charity and it's a very difficult ask. I worked in donor development before I retired.

Late Q2 early Q3 is best with hail Mary push by Q4 is usually best.
