I didn’t know the man personally, but I always marveled at his work ethic and efficiency at the PA state shoot and other large shoots I attended where he set targets. His targets were always quality as well. The shooting community has lost an incredible asset. Condolences to his family.

Chuck's passing is a HUGE loss to the sport. There are guys who set targets and then there are guys who SET targets. Chuck was a guy who SET TARGETS! Very sad. RIP chuck and my condolences to his family. Steve

Chuck- May you rest peacefully! You have left your fingerprints all over this game- you will not be forgotten.

The old timers up above are tickled to have you- scout the terrain buddy and we're all coming in short order

This is sad day. Chuck will be missed by many. My buddies will look at a slow target that just hangs there and is within 25 yards, and call it a "Chuck Frasier target". He was a master at setting targets, that left you asking how I missed that.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Over the last 25 years I would see Chuck on his ATV at least a couple times a year. He always took the time to talk and was always cordial and helpful. The fact that he was a good target setter was important but mostly he was a great guy.

I had pleasure to work with Chuck a few weeks per year since I was a little kid. Our staff at M&M is going to really miss him. His contributions to our events being successful over the last 25 years were significant. The man was an incredible mechanic. If it has a motor, wheels, or moving parts I would put him up against anyone on to fix it. RIP

Anthony
