The primary target setter for FITASC will be Jamie Peckham from England Fitasc will make a random drawing for the squads of the World Sporting Cup. They will display on Fitasc live results page at the beginning of October. ( http://rl.fitasc.com/liveresults/) the 3 following documents: o Entry list in alphabetical order (with bib and squad number for each shooter) o Squad list o Timetables for days 1, 2, 3 and 4. Gorgeous part of the country, I was there a few years ago for work, I'd go back in a minute. Should be a great shoot, and to those that are going, stay safe, have fun, and enjoy!

Providence Hill is a wonderful place to shoot and Jackson is a fun visit for me and my wife. But can we really call this tournament a World Championship? I know that 2020 will be the year of the * but I just checked the registrations at Fitasc.com under each international federation and it looks like there could be less than 30 shooters registered from outside the USA.

I have not been but hear great things.
Be advised--you cannot shoot w/ a squad of your pals. It is 100% random squadding.

For a major shoot, you bet; for a monthly friendly shoot, nope.

Some of those monthly fun shooters couldn't deal with refs and strangers. They might get a real result.

Not hardly; some of the guys I shoot with are PSCA former members who I am sure would have no problem on courses where you shoot. Must be a cultural thing, because folks here have a little more pride in being honest.

The vast majority of registered shooters, at whatever level, play it straight.
Unfortunately, in every area, there is a low-life crew that will pencil-whip the course.
That behavior is more common in SYO events because it's easier in SYO events.
Done with this topic; shoot well.

Bad behaviors occur but it is quite rare and not something I give any thought to. Shooting is a recreational activity for 98-99% of us.

There should be no tolerance from the people on the short end. With that said, people will tolerate almost anything as long as they are getting theirs. It is what enables the cheats.

You make it sound ;like everyone who isn't cheating is just turning a blind eye - which isn't close to reality. Maybe where YOU shoot you associate with despicable cheaters; we do not here, nor do we tolerate them

There’s cheating then there’s gaming. Hand picked squad top shooter last after watching not only show pairs 3 shooters prior is going to know exactly what to do. That’s Gaming and how they can shoot high gun locked down tight heavy gun Minimum muzzle movement like a skeet shooter . Not knocking it I watch others shooters birds too. Bass
