When I started shooting sporting Fiocchis were very common on the sporting courses. Lots of the regional big boys were shooting Fiocchi.

Fiocchi even built a plant in the USA. Now I seldom see a Fiocchi. Where did they go? What are they doing?

That plant stopped a few years ago, it is now a distribution facility. There's this Covid thing going around, plants are short staffed, raw materials are in short supply and folks are hoarding whatever they can find - the old proverbial "perfect storm"

Fiocchi was to build a new plant in Arkansas but with COVID I don’t know if it was ever started. May be built to produce more center fire ammo because I’d bet the margins are better than in the target ammo business.

Maybe it is your location, but I see more Fiocchi shells in the cans at the stations than anything else.

Target ammo in general is scarce due to hoarding and covid issues. Certain locations are worse than others.

Agreed that Fiocchi is one of the brands I am seeing more of during COVID compared to some of the others.

Fiocchi just bought a few lesser brands, maybe to get their factories and distribution systems.

Keep your eyes peeled.

I wouldn't exactly call B&P a lesser brand. https://sgbonline.com/fiocchi-acquires- ... -pellagri/

I just bought 60 cases. Only 1oz ammo at my supplier. They seem to be most readily available along with Federal in PA.

Fiocchi is still very much in business. I just bought 14 cases last week. IIRC they are being made in Ozark Missouri, or at least assembled.

My local club, Cardinal Shooting Center, has pallets of Fiocchi. I love the Little Rhino load - 1oz, #8 @1250 ft./sec.

Where in the hell do you get your info brosif??? They are in full swing running 3 shifts 24 hrs a day...

Let me be extremely clear. ANY and ALL Fiocchi Ammunition sold in the USA is BUILT in the USA by over 100 Americans. They do not Import any of their shotgun shells from overseas(although that would be cool to get some FBlu and FBlk shells here)

The "other" facility will be a factory for the center fire ammunition. Shot shells will continue to be made in the current facility.

The sponsor many shooters like in shot gun Able Spire, Haylyn Hanks, Travis Mears, Chad Roberts and now Bill McGuire along with many others in other disciplines. Going full speed as all other manufactures have been. They also just acquired the B&P brand.

I was looking for bulk Fiocchi when all this started. Shipping was too much everywhere I looked. Able had Bornaghi close to the same price and free shipping at the time. I purchased 60 cases. Glad I did because last time I looked they were completely sold out of all Bornaghi. Hopefully I have enough to get through till this is all over.

Nothing is easy to find right now. Shelves are dry but I've had decent luck scrounging on the internet daily.

plenty of fiocchis out here by me in Wisconsin, you just have to know where to look, they ain't going no where, and they are sponsoring plenty of shooters, and there are tons of empty hulls in bins out here in the midwest.
