Whoever buys it has the potential to make the place the best destination for sporting clays around for a long ways. LOTS of room down there with a lot of varying terrain. It’s not really convenient to any hotels in the area.

Lodging has always been an issue. Rockingham, Wadesboro and Albemarle aren't exactly destinations. Monroe has some decent places to stay on 74. The best places are Pinehurst and Charlotte. Pinehurst is tough with golfers filling reservations. Charlotte is an hour and change easily even with the new road. Raleigh 2 hours.

I really enjoyed the Regional they hosted. Lucked out and got a room in Albemarle. Not much there but it was close. Hope they make it.
