I went to the lumber yard today and found this stick that will become the handle for my $2000 grade M-37 28 ga. Thought a few here might like to see my selection. Fore end to match not shown.

Beautiful crotch feather for sure!! Wish my lumber yard had some! Hope we can see "in progress" photos of the "removal of everything that don't look like a gunstock"?

Its in the sleigh. Mike sent me a photo attached to an E-mail but I can't seem to get it from photobucket to here. SO-- some photos first of the week.
