i had been looking for one for a long time without luck,had to settle one for the wooden stock.

Anyway, TacStar (Lyman/Pachmayr) makes a six-shot model for the M37. http://www.lymanproducts.com/tacstar/sidesadd.htm

Also check out 3 Gun Gear's type of side mount carrier. If you don't mind the peel-and-stick thing, you could custom-punch one to leave openings so the Ithaca pins/screws can be accessed.http://www.3gungear.com/Pages/Shotgun.html
