 Post subject: winchester super speed xtra

went to wally world sun to get some clay birds and they had win super speed xtra's on sale for 38.96 a case. i picked up a case to try on trap. at 1350fps it's a little fast for a 1oz load but hey, why not.let me tell you boys and girls these suckers kick.my k gun fits me just fine so it was not a gun fit thing. .oucheeee. :shock:

Yeah thats a super hot load. 1 1/8 ounce of 7.5's at 1145 will get it done every time. I had the metality of super hot loads are better when I first started shooting trap, developed a flinch so bad I had to move to a release trigger. I've since switched back with no problems. Dont shoot the quick stuff, it'll come back to haunt you on down the road.

Why wouldnt you be able to shoot these shells at an ata registered shoot?

Illegal because of velocity for a 1oz. load.

7/8oz. - 1350

1oz. - 1325

1-1/8oz. -1290
