Where could I find information on my Remington Sportsman 58 shotgun? Would mostly like to know the year. Is there a serial number look up online anywhere?

Here is a link to give you some more information on your remington 58. My grand son has one with a beautiful custom stock. He loves it. The only drawback is getting a couple parts for it if it breaks. A lot of parts are interchangeable with later model remingtons.

My 18 year old son has a 58 that we got him when he was 14.
It was a project gun since the barrel was damaged. I donated a barrel from my 870 wingmaster and had port holes drilled in it for the cycling.
It is his go-to gun for birds & claws. It is a beautiful gun, and has been more reliable than most 1100s.
