I recently purchased a Remington STS Premier with Pro Bore choke tubes. I was aware that the Pro Bore chokes are made for the back bored barrel. The shotgun came with five chokes and I am trying to find the smae "brand".
The choke holder case is unmarked as are the chokes, excepting the choke designation.
They are extended, silver, knurled with engraved rings on the extended portion of the choke. The number of rings designate the constriction.
Does anybody know who makes them? I have looked at the Remington site and I could not find anything. 'Course, I could have missed them.

Called Remington and they got 'em. Carlson duplicates them. Only other place I could find them.

I have a full set of Seminoles for the Pro Bore choked 1100 barrel. I couldn't be happier. The choke constrictions all measure exactly what they are supposed to with respect to my bore diameter (that I supplied Seminole with). I have 1 Pro Bore choke labeled Modified that has a constriction of 0.014" with respect to the bore...this is a little too sloppy for me. Seminole is the way to go...good people to work with...plus they are running a sale 4 for price of 3 right now.

I have recently purchased some chokes from Briley and from what they say, Briley developed ProBore for Remington. This is of course does not mean others make them, but Briley are the people that designed them. They do look similar to my Briley Thin Wall chokes.

Remington says they are Briley chokes. Mine all measured spot on. Most choke manufacturers offer them.
