The Art of Skeet Shooting Invitation.

Since 1915 when the game of Skeet Shooting was devised in nearby Andover, Massachusetts, this unique clay-target game has attracted thousands of devotees. For beginners and weekend shooters who enjoy the aspects of the game to serious competitors with hopes of regional, inter-scholastic, inter-collegiate or Olympic glory, Skeet Shooting provides a wonderful life-long sport.

You are invited to enjoy a supervised introduction to Skeet Shooting from experienced coaches. If you have never shot at a clay target or just need a refresher course, you’ll be made to feel welcome. And everything you’ll need from shotguns and ammunition to safety glasses . . . and lunch, is included in the low $20.00 per session cost ($10.00 for under 18)! Six sessions are planned: August 29, September 19 and September 26. There will be two flights per session: 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM. You are invited to attend one or all of the sessions.

The Art of Skeet Shooting Program, to be held at the Seymour Fish and Game Club, 130 Chestnut Tree Hill Road, Oxford, CT. Registration information and directions can be found at seymourfishandgame.net or aaa738@aol.com, or by calling the club at 203 888-2805.

This is a great way to get those friends of ours that might be interested in trying this, out shooting.
Everything included. For $20.

Everyone should spread the word on this event! I know that I have been!

This was last year, I don't know if they're doing it again this year.

I am a member there.

I actually saw the flier in Mitch Schultz's place yesterday. I was heading up to the club and talked with them.
The flier on the website is from last year "2009" but there is a spot a little lower on the flier with the 2010 date.

So yes they are doing this again.

Today was the 2nd weekend for this event this year. New shooters, 27 last week and 50 today, were introduced to Bustin' Clays.
It was a great time!! Job well done Seymour Fish & Game!
