Where can I find information on how to replace the firing pins on a K 80. I was sent here from the Krieghoff forum.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Disassembling a K-80 or a M-32, you will need to purchase the correct tool to remove and re-install the hammers, from Krieghoff. This tool will maintain pressure on the hammers while removing the pivot pins, and then allow some control when easing the pressure off. Without this handy tool, the hammer will cock and jam in the receiver.

I've not watched any of Kay's videos, but they may be of some help.

Doug, I did get the video on the Krieghoff and it was a great help. I am waiting for the removal tool now. At one point it was said that you only had to remove the locking cover and lever. I will have to listen to that part again as it doesn't seem right.
Thanks for the tip on the video. :D

You may be able to pull the firing pin block without removing the hammers, I've never tried. When Krieghoffs come into the shop, they normally get fully disassembled and new springs installed, along with any worn parts.

Good luck.

You can... but I wouldn't try to walk someone through it. I learned by trial and error and it certainly isn't the preferred method.
