Can you put a m1014 Skeletonized stock on an m1,has anyone done it,if so who sells one.Any info appreciated.

Doesn't look like a direct swap. Possibly with some custom work.

As soon as I post this someone will spend 40 hours and $300 to do it, but here goes. The 1014 stock is attached in an entirely different way that the M1. The recoil rod is the actual round part you see on the 1014. As you can see it is MUCH bigger than the M1. The real problem is that the M1014 Pistol Grip UNSCREWS from the reciever by swinging around the receiver and the complete replacement stock (either field or standard pistol grip ) SCREWS on in place of it. I mean the the whole stock. you don't even have to remove the but plate. weird huh?
