 Post subject: Kicks high flyer choke tube

I just purchased a Kicks high flyer full for my win super x 3 shotgun.

I notice that the choke doesn't screw all the way down and sit on top of the barrel. There is about 1/16 of an inch gap between the barrel and the bottom ported portion of the choke tube.

It seems as if the choke tube may be too long.

On my son's Beretta, his high flyer screws all the way down to the top of his barrel.

I'm wondering if this is a defect.
