I don't know much about these guns, but if it is your first gun, only gun, main gun, I would stick with a proven, design, and a good track record, I would not go with an unproven gun. I took a chance on the CZ 912, and it has proven to be a great gun, reliable and flawless, but if it had problems, it would have been no big deal, I would just get one of my others and carry on. Look into the Mossberg 930, Weatherby SA08. What is your price range?

As per my post in one of your other threads on this same topic, these guns are made by UTAS in Turkey. Several Turkish semis have been well received and reviewed in the UK, Hatsan immediately comes to mind, and the Webley & Scott S/A is made by a possibly affiliated company AKUS, probably to the same design. 3" Semi with nice wood for under $300? Why not?

It's a Turkish semi-auto for under $300.

You REALLY need to look into the Mossberg 930, it is reliable, and proven. The Westley Scott may be an ok gun, but for the difference in price I would get the 930.

I was considering ordering one. I called Able Ammo and Buds to ask about the warranty, and neither one knew a thing about it. I have learned the hard way to buy a gun only if I have picked one up and see if it fits good. If you can shoot or handle a Westley Scott and like it, go for it and let us know how it performs, Joe

AGREED!!!!

Mossy 930s can be has for under $500 and have a very good reputation. Why buy an unknown gun for $300 or so if you can afford $400-$500?
