Does anyone have load data for the old formula Nitro-100, and old 12 ga AA hulls(not HS), 1oz load using CB1100 wads.
My loading notes have a few gaps in info.

I may, I've still got an old Scott powder data booklet and I believe there is Nitro 100 data in it. Since I believe it was long before any AAHSs were even a remote thought all AA data should be for CFAAs. Not keeping abreast of Claybuster wads, which wad is the 1100 a clone of?

CB 1100 is a clone of the one oz pink WWAA12sl (I think)

Per Gamaliel:
Claybuster 1100 Wads- 12ga., Pink, 1oz WAA12SL

Curly,

That should be pretty easy to cross reference to existing data for AA wads.

I'll look when I get home and see what I can find for you jd.

jd870.12-

The CB1100-12 wad is a clone of the WAA12SL wad, according to Claybuster:

My 1997 Accurate Arms Co. "Complimentary Guide" lists only one pertinent load:

Win AA hull (since it's 1997 that is presumably the old-style CF hull.)
Win209 primer
AA12SL wad
1 oz shot
Nitro 100 powder (presumably original formulation)
17.0 grains

WARNING: Before you load any with this recipe, check it yourself. I can misread and mis-type, and electrons can get scrambled anywhere between my keyboard and the SGW server and your screen. You might call the Accurate powder people and double check before possibly making a shell resulting in the big kaboom.

The new formulation has that same data using the HS hull and a WW primer @1200 FPS.

The 2001 Accurate Reloader's Guide has tons of Nitro 100 data with WAA12SL wads. There's just about any primer you can think of for 1200fps loads. There's also dram equivalents from 2 3/4 all the way to 3 1/4.

Let me know your primer and desired velocity and I should be able to get you set.

From 2001 Accurate Reloader's Guide:

12ga Win AA hull
1oz lead shot
CCI 209
WAA12SL (your CB is a clone)
16.8gr Nitro 100

1200fps @ 7400psi
