I have used Polywad Vintagers, purchased from their website, with good results.

You can also cut your own with the Hull Doctor from Ballistic Products.....
I have been doing this making some roll-crimp slug hulls lately....

You can use 67mm shells in 2 1/2" chambers. Fiocchi, Cheddite and most other European manufacturers produce 67mm, and for that matter 65mm shells.

Fiocchi and Hull Cartridge 67mm shells reload well on a standard 2 3/4" press too.

Not to be asking in a smart butt way, but why do you use a 2 1/2" shell? Are these for older shotguns labeled for 2 1/2"? Just curious.

Yes, that is why I bought 2 1/2" shells. My Ithaca Flues was not chambered for 2 3/4". That started sometime in the mid to late 1920's I think.
