Can I put a 12 ga barrel on a 16 ga on a Stevens single barrel shotgun?

Randy if you are talking about the model 94 then the answer is most likely yes. You would also have to make sure that the forearm fits

IF you could fit one on (and it would take "fitting" by a good gunsmith to assure proper lock-up), I doubt very much that the firing pin would be properly aligned with the shell primer.

It would cost far more than the gun is worth. Just find and buy another one, it's cheaper, and safer, too.
