 Post subject: Mossberg sa 28 choke threadung

Does anyone know what style of choke threading the sa 28 uses? I think it might be mobil chokes but not sure. I called mossberg but they werent very helpful.

I just picked mine up. It looks like Mobilchoke style to me, but I have no other 28 gauge Mobilchokes to physically try. I'll find out.

The 20 is Mobil choke, but the 28 is Mossberg specific. They look the same but are slightly different. Carlson's has a few options if you are looking for extended tubes.

According to Trulock, the SA-28 uses a standard Beretta 28 gauge Mobilchoke.
