If you can, go to Nationals as most of the major vendors are there, and you can demo as many as you like. Then you may have a feel for what you want or maybe you will be more confused than before you came.

The Parcour and Max Lite are both outstanding and came to the market to compete with Perazzi for quick true pointing/handling. Think about that for a minute. Perazzi didn't change/modify to compete with Krieghoff and Kolar. Hard to go wrong with anyone of the 3 mentioned.

make sure when you demo guns, they are on targets that you would shoot on a regular basis, a quartering target or a rabbit, a big looping chandelle, things like that.

The best thing about demo'ing guns at NSCA Nat'ls is that there are dozens of practice stations that throw all kinds of targets. You get a target "key" and shoot to your heart's desire. I have done this several times to really get a feel for a gun.

And I still have those guns as they are my faves.

PLUS if you decide to buy there are real fitters who can help make the gun personal to Y-O-U.
