How do you know it's really Monster in the can? The can was already opened.

Yes, a sloppy work station.

I've heard that if you soak steel nails in a glass of Coke for like a week or so and the nails will be totally dissolved.

Due to the citric acid content.

And no, it won't dissolve nails in a week.

A "neutral" ph is "7". Neither acidic or alkaline.

Alkaline materials have ph's above 7. Lye oven cleaner is an extremely strong alkaline, ph of 13-14.

Stomach acid is a very strong acid, a ph of around 1.

Soda pop/soft drinks have a ph of only around 3. The human digestive system deals 24/7/365.25 with a ph of 1, a ph of 3 makes it no matter.

No-one would consider orange juice to be "bad" for you, yet it's PH is basically similar to soda pop, depending on exact formulation, from a low 3+ to a low 4+ ph, not far from soda pop.

Pineapple juice, another "healthy" thing, ph of 3.5.

Lime in your margarita, ph of 2.2 (lemon in your lemonade is the same).

Standard cocoa powder ranges from 5-6 ph.

Beer and wines have a ph of around 3 to 3.5, really no different than soda pop.

Whiskey (to include Scotch Whiskey), a ph of 4.0 is typical, similar to vodka and gin. {hs#
