I have this old Revelation pump and want to ID the actual maker so I can get some replacement parts as it is old and beaten. It looks to be a Mossberg 500 but I just want to be sure.

thanx

You will have to reveal that secret model number to find out what you have. The Revelation brand was owner by Western Auto Stores and they bought guns from Savage,Stevens,High Standard,Mossberg,AyA,Marlin,Boito and probably others.

If the secret model number is R30,you have a Mossberg 500AB shotgun.

It indeed is a Mossberg 500. I had one in 12 Gauge (Revelation 310) and it was my beater gun. It was the smoothest pumping shotgun I ever owned. I did sell it because I had no more use for it with my ever increasing inventory of shotguns. I had done a wild camo job on it.

We just had one of those same shotguns sold at our auction for $250.
