was this a good investment?
are these good shotguns?
I thought it was a good deal since o/u start over a grand.

I could not find it in the blue book and have called around and cant find out what it is worth. all help and input would be appreciated

the superposed is an excellent shotgun, and you got a heck of a deal on it. congratulations on the new gun.

Ain't nutting wrong with a Superposed Browning! My favorite gun in the whole safe happens to be one! If it truly is unfired, I would say you got a heck of a deal, now get out and put a few hundred rounds through it! (if you are not planning on selling it).

Sorry, but the B27 and superposed designs are not one in the same. The B27 was a relatively unsuccessful effort by Browing to reduce some of the costs of the Superposed in the 1970s. If I recall correctly, it was made of imported parts assembled in Belgium. Check Ned Schwings definitive book for details. They are decent guns and $600 is a good price, but they do not have the fit and finish of the Superposed.

That is a very good price for the gun. The B27 is different than the Superposed,as CL pointed out. Still, it is a nice gun.

Nice pickup on a nice gun.

It's a Browning, so you can't go wrong. :)

I would say 600 is a good deal on about any browning.
